Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI for Private & Administrative Service Professionals website, course, and Student Club membership (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Private Household Professionals ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to individuals aged 18 or older. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
To access the course and Student Club, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Course Enrolment and Payment
Course fees are stated in Euros (€) and are payable at the time of enrolment unless an instalment plan is selected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Early-bird pricing is available for the first 50 enrolments per cohort and is applied automatically. Once the early-bird allocation is filled, standard pricing applies.
5. Instalment Payments
Where an instalment plan is offered, payments are divided into three equal instalments. Failure to complete instalment payments may result in suspension of access to the Service until outstanding amounts are settled.
6. Refund Policy
A full refund is available if requested before midnight (GMT) on the day of the first live session. After the first session has commenced, no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Student Club Membership
Student Club memberships are billed annually. Course-only enrolments include one free month of Club access following course completion. Club memberships renew automatically unless cancelled at least 14 days before the renewal date.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, recordings, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of Private Household Professionals and/or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written consent.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and to treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive behaviour.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your enrolment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
