Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to feel confident in your decision to enrol. This policy sets out the terms under which refunds are available for the AI for Private & Administrative Service Professionals course and Student Club membership.
Course Refunds
A full refund is available if your request is received before midnight (GMT) on the day of the first live session of your cohort.
Once the first live session has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of whether you attended the first session.
Student Club Membership Refunds
If you purchased the Course + Club bundle, the refund policy above applies to the entire purchase. If you purchased a standalone Club membership or renewal, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed Club-exclusive content during that period.
Instalment Payments
If you are on an instalment plan and request a refund before the first session, only the amount already paid will be refunded, and no further instalments will be charged. If the refund window has passed, all remaining instalments remain due.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@ai4privateservicepros.com with your full name, email address used at enrolment, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

We recognise that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants consideration outside of this policy, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
